He did not make me feel stupid for trying to fix the pipe myself, he showed me I forgot a washer. He also spent time to clean the drain which has never been done since I have moved into my house 7 years ago. Once he was finished taking all of the junk out of the drain, it swooshed like it has never done before. Rates were very reasonable, time was what was promised on the initial call and he suggested I get the pipe enzyme which should help in the future. You've earned a customer and a referral source.”

He quickly evaluated the situation and gave me the options. Actually, there were no options since parts for the present facilities are no longer available. Clearly, concisely he explained the problem, detailed what procedure he would follow. Probable problems were discussed with their costs. I did not feel intimidated in asking questions nor was he annoyed by a curious lady looking over his shoulder. Time, energy, stress and costs were saved by his carrying everything with him. “We are expecting our first baby any day/minute. We woke up yesterday to a cold morning shower. Shivering I went to the basement storage room only to see a large puddle of water between me and our water heater. I was expecting my wifes water to break not my water heaters :-). Anyway I had my laptop up from my fantasy football draft the night before and went to Dex and found Rite-way, and gave them a call. The gal on the phone, Jean, was super helpful and had a technician out the same day who installed my new water heater and removed my old one. BOOM! Hot water again and no additional stress for my wife. Very Thankful. Highly Recommended.”
